Hanley Investment Group Hires John Halvorson as Sr. VP to Lead Strategic Expansion into Arizona

Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors named industry veteran John Halvorson as senior vice president to focus on the Arizona retail market. Halvorson most recently served as the managing director at Pacific Commercial Capital of Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., where he specialized in advising clients on the sale and financing of commercial real estate investments across the western U.S. Halvorson has over 20 years of comprehensive experience in the commercial real estate industry and has been involved in approximately one billion dollars in commercial real estate transactions including residential tracts, multi-family, office and retail properties.

December 2, 2008 (FPRC) -- IRVINE, CALIF. – Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors, one of the most dominant retail investment groups in the western United States and a market leader in the sale of retail properties, announced today that industry veteran John Halvorson has joined the company as a senior vice president to focus on the Arizona retail market. Halvorson most recently served as the managing director at Pacific Commercial Capital of Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., where he specialized in advising clients on the sale and financing of commercial real estate investments across the western United States.

Halvorson has over 20 years of comprehensive experience in the commercial real estate industry and has been involved in approximately one billion dollars in commercial real estate transactions including: residential tracts, multi-family, office and retail properties. Halvorson started his career in commercial banking with Bank of America and Wells Fargo Bank and has represented or completed transactions with a diversified client base of corporations, individuals, partnerships and developers.
