Mitchell, will be doing an Author Signing Saturday, Dec. 13, 2008 from 1-4PM-CST at The New Covenant Christian Book Store 800 North Main St. Shelbyville, Tenn. Shirley W. Mitchell, of Alabama, Known today as 'The Golden Egg of Aging™', is a Mother of Three and a Grandmother of Nine. She was writing about, and promoting, a 'Positive Aging Lifestyle' before most were even thinking about it. Her life 'Passion' and 'Mission' is to promote 'Positive Aging and Vitality in Health'.
