To increase its printing capacity Shirtworks is investing in an additional 10 colour screen printing carousel and a belt dryer to work along side it. “The workshop has been printing at near capacity for several months now and it was just a question of time before we needed to add further screen printing capacity,” says Shirtworks MD Arron Harnden. “My printing staff will be quite relieved!” he added.
“This now brings our screen printing capacity up to 2000 shirts per hour across three carousels,” Arron enthused. “Shirtworks production capabilities also include 30 embroidery heads for embroidered logo designs and direct to garment printing for detailed, high resolution graphics. What this ultimately means for our customers,” Arron concludes, “is that we can handle a huge range of promotional clothing designs, whether printed or embroidered.”
