Located at 43576 Washington Street, the beautiful new two-story Santa Barbara-style building offers high-efficiency A/C units, dual-glazed tinted windows, and super-insulated foam roof to keep skyrocketing utility costs down. Mini suites start at only $745 per month including utilities. Office suites range in size from 1,151 square feet to 14,000 square feet. The Landlord is currently offering a generous Tenant Improvement allowance.

January 18, 2008 (FPRC) -- LA QUINTA, CALIF. – La Quinta Business Centre will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony, Thursday, January 24, 2008, to celebrate the grand opening of its new Class “A,” $9.8 million energy-efficient office and mini suites in La Quinta, California.
City officials, La Quinta Chamber of Commerce’s President and CEO, Evelyn Butler, chamber members, and other invited guests will attend the ceremony at 43576 Washington Street, in La Quinta (just north of Fred Waring). The ceremony will begin at 12:00 noon and will be followed by a reception with refreshments. The public and media are invited to attend.
The two-story Santa Barbara-style La Quinta Business Centre is a rare Class “A” environment, according to Thom Gottberg of CB Richard Ellis, one of the center’s leasing and marketing agents. “Designed by award-winning architects Ware Malcomb of Irvine, La Quinta Business Centre helps to satisfy the growing demand for ‘mini suites’ and high-end office suites in this central-valley location,” said Gottberg.
Mini suites start at only $745 per month including utilities. Office suites range in size from 1,151 square feet to 14,000 square feet. Gottberg notes that the Landlord is currently offering a generous Tenant Improvement allowance.
The approximate 24,000-square-foot building offers high-efficiency A/C units, dual-glazed tinted windows, and super-insulated foam roof to keep skyrocketing utility costs down. La Quinta Business Centre also has covered parking and an exterior security camera system.
“Its location, incredible 360-degree mountain views, and high-profile building allure is a tremendous asset to prospective tenants,” Gottberg said. “Although general office demand has temporarily slowed, we are still seeing remarkable interest in such a building because of its quality and location. Traffic counts at Washington Street and Fred Waring Drive is one of the highest in the entire Coachella Valley.”
Gottberg adds, “Given its central-valley location and close proximity to Interstate-10, La Quinta Business Centre can easily service the cities of La Quinta, Bermuda Dunes, Indian Wells and Palm Desert.”
